About the role
This role is absolutely key to the continued growth and success of this organisation and the ideal candidate will have strong 360 recruitment experience ideally working within Emiratisation programmes. You will be involved in creating and implementing strategies to attract candidates as well networking and ensuring every avenue is taken to hire the best possible talent. In addition you will be working on special projects within HR and will play a key role in Recruitment to the entire business.
To be considered for this role, you will be Degree educated and will come from a recruitment background either agency or in-house, with at least 2-4 years’ experience. You will have a proven track record of recruiting as well as being involved in the HR aspects of recruitment. Strong IT skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team is essential.
