Job description
Charterhouse is presently managing a search, for an Event Manager to join a well-established Medical Certification and Training Organisation.
About the role
You will be responsible for taking care of some of the largest Physical Healthcare events and conferences in the UAE, managing end to end planning. This role will be heavily geared towards conducting in depth market research, competitor analysis and developing relationships within the industry to help establish and maintain a strong network.
Additionally, you be responsible for devising the budget, managing the P&L and generating increased revenue for the business through increasing brand awareness and new business opportunities.
You will promote the events within the healthcare ecosystem, and create a post-event follow up, preparing regular reports to be presented to the company’s management which details the event’s timelines and progress.
About you
Our client is looking for someone who has experience in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in physical event management. To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a track record and must be able to demonstrate the ability to efficiently work on multiple projects, with excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills and being fluent in Arabic is a plus.
