Charterhouse is working with a well-established entity who are looking to hire an Executive Assistant for their Abu Dhabi office.
About the role
For this full-time permanent role, you will be responsible for extensive administration duties to include diary management, business correspondence and travel arrangements. You will also liaise with other internal administration departments to ensure that the Directors communications are complied with in an efficient and timely manner. In addition, you will carry out project research on behalf of the Director as well as Heads of Department that require support.
You will be working in an international team and your duties will therefore be varied and you must be flexible working within a diverse team. In addition to EA duties, there will also be team administration responsibilities to cover in-order to effectively support the department.
You will report to the CIO and assist 11 other team members in the Real Assets department.
The successful candidate should be educated to Degree level with at least 10 years of general administrative experience in a professional support capacity, ideally with a background within the finance industry. This corporate organisation demands high standards, therefore it is essential you are well presented and possess excellent communication skills in English. Arabic would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate must be energetic, extremely driven, eager to exceed expectations and in possession of an unquestionable work ethic.
