Our client is a leading global professional services firm with significant presence in the Middle East. Their offices in Cairo are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.
About the role
In this role you will be working closely with one of the Directors of the firm. You will provide executive support, including diary management and email management. Arranging client meetings, conferences, visits and following up will also be involved. Other duties include organising travel plans, hotel, flights, rental cars, ordering stationery and database management.
In addition other office coordinator functions may also be necessary such as office management, general services and meeting with clients who are visiting the office.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have previous experience as an Executive Assistant or PA. Individuals with the ability to work autonomously and independently will succeed in this role. You must be a self-starter with a “can do” attitude, a professional demeanour and have attention to detail. A minimum of 3 years experience in dealing with senior management is essential for this role. Ideally you would have come from a professional services environment, and be keen to progress your career.
Strong communication skills are essential, Arabic skills are essential in this role, as translating documents from Arabic into English is a key responsibility in this position.
