Charterhouse is working with a newly founded Venture Capital Firm, who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant within their Dubai Office. This is a very exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic growing business working within a professional yet friendly team.

About the role
This role is extremely varied and will see you providing administrative support to the CEO within a fast-paced office environment. The role will include variety of business and personal support along with some Office Administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include diary and email management as well as complex travel arrangements. You will schedule and attend meetings whilst supporting the team by recording minutes.

The Executive Assistant will manage incoming calls, organise any outside communications and greet clients on arrival. From time to time, the EA will also proofread and produce documents as well as assisting clients with KYC and investment fund documents. In addition, you will also manage office clerical tasks such as maintenance, material procurement, filing and documentation.

About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have strong and fluent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, with a proven track record providing high level administrative and professional support. Previous experience working within Financial Services is extremely beneficial however, this is not essential.

To be a suitable candidate for this role, you must be highly driven, hardworking, with the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment whilst meeting deadlines accordingly.
