Charterhouse is working with an established independent premium all day dining and coffee kiosk brand, who is looking to hire an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary side across the brand. Reporting directly to the senior management, you will lead the culinary vision of the brand across a portfolio of restaurant and kiosk locations.
About the role
The Executive Chef will be responsible for improving and constantly evolving the menus – full restaurant menu, compact menu and kiosk offerings. You will lead the team of Head Chefs to ensure consistently precise execution to the highest quality.
The vision of the brand will have you support with internationally influenced dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and brunch. You will oversee the hiring and training of the Chefs, guiding them in running of the kitchens, handle the overall p&l, inventory and quality control across all locations.
The successful candidate should be an experienced Executive Chef or Multi Site Chef, who has managed a portfolio of locations, with a proven record in evolving and refreshing menus.
GCC experience is essential for this role, with candidates currently in the region being preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills in English are essential for this role, to manage a diverse team.
