Charterhouse is working with an established boutique hotelier who are looking to hire an Executive Housekeeper to join their team. You will report directly to the COO and oversee a team of 30 plus across multiple boutique hotels.
About the role
Your will work as part of a centralised function overseeing housekeeping across the 4 properties. Your main responsibility will be to maintain exceptionally high standards at all times across all rooms and public areas. You will ensure the efficient and effective operations of the housekeeping and laundry teams, establishing standards, procedures and protocols across the department.
The successful candidate should hold a relevant hospitality qualification, with at least 5 years’ experience in 5 star hotels. Due to the scope of the role you should have experience in a luxury boutique hotel. The ideal candidate is a great multi tasker with extremely high attention to detail to consistently deliver a premium product to all customers and guests.
