Charterhouse is working with a rapidly growing pastry chain who is looking to hire an Executive Pastry Chef to join their team, who will oversee the full central kitchen and all production.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to implement all production from start to finish, handling the production plans, implement new product lines, whilst working with senior management to develop the menu and production process. You will oversee the hiring, training and day-to-day management of the central kitchen team through upcoming expansion plans.
The successful candidate should be an experienced Pastry Chef, having worked in a central production or catering kitchen. You should have experience managing a team, be keen to take on a challenge and eager to develop your career. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Middle East and be based in Erbil or willing to relocate.
