Charterhouse are currently assisting one of our leading client’s, with a job search, to identify a Finance Manager of Asset Dissolution. 

About the role

This role will join an existing finance department whom have overall oversight of all financial management, financial reporting and asset management functions. As part of the ongoing project management and delivery goals, there is a mandate to oversee the dissolution of fixed assets, in alignment with the sustainability objectives, of all assets, along with meeting the legacy handover of both real estate assets along with any equipment items within the fixed asset register. This role shall also take responsibility for the operational plan for these assets along with the development of logistical plans and partnerships, to allow for asset sales and inventory management whilst monitoring any revenue streams through allocation under both legacy and corporate sustainability charters. 

About you

This role will demand a finance professional, whom is first and foremast, technically knowledge and astute within the sphere of fixed assets and inventory accounting. In conjunction, the successful candidate shall be required to demonstrate extensive experience within areas of financial reporting and depreciation accounting whilst creating records and reports, relating to asset dissolution, within major projects and events. The successful candidate will be expected to display a knowledge of IFRS-based policies and principles; to ensure accurate financial accounting, depreciation and any revenue recognition from onwards sales or royalties. The generic nature of this organisation, requires a strong corporate and professional fit, with a vision to deliver across senior management reporting and corporate governance.
