Charterhouse is working exclusively with a frozen food company who are looking to hire a Sales Manager – GCC to join their team. As Sales Manager GCC you will handle all sales across the region, reporting to the senior management.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be the day to day development of the business, increasing sales across with all ranges across the GCC region. You will have overall day to day control of the sales function, handing everything from business development to contract negotiation and ongoing account management. You will also establish relationships and long term contracts with customers in HORECA, modern trade and trading companies. In addition you will be responsible for the strategic sales vision and implementation as well as responsible for ensuring the business is achieving its highest level of sales and develop into new areas.
The successful candidate must be an experienced Sales Manager, having handles the GCC region. You must have at least 3 years’ experience in a regional role. You must have experience within frozen foods and an established network within HORECA, especially QSR and hotels, as well as modern trade such as contracts at a regional level and trading companies. This role requires someone very confident and driven who excels at working independently and thrives on achieving results. Preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates but it is not essential for a very strong candidate. Due to the scope and timeframe only candidates currently in the GCC will be considered for this role. This role will require occasional regional travel.
