Charterhouse is working with an established hospitality group in Qatar who are looking to hire a Group Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee their portfolio of restaurants.
About the role
You will be responsible for a portfolio of approx. 20 restaurants ranging from casual though to upscale and premium dining concepts across a diverse range of cuisines, a total team in excess of 400. Reporting directly to the CEO you will be responsible for the growth, development and profitability of the restaurants division. Initially focused on evaluating all of the concepts, this role is a balance between strategic planning, implementation and ongoing operations. The Group Restaurant Operations Manager will management of the p&l and budgets for the division.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Operations Manager having overseen a portfolio of at least 10 or most restaurants, a variety of concepts. This role requires a strong candidate with a strategic mind, driven to optimise profitability. Experience within in the Middle East is essential for this role.
