Charterhouse is working with a market leading food tech company who are looking to hire a Growth Manager to oversee their growth strategy, reporting directly to the CEO.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to plan and execute the growth strategy. This role is highly analytical and data driven. You will be required to interpret extensive data and translate into a growth plan. You must be a driven numbers person who hunts for a solution. You will draft the growth agenda, with a comprehensive understanding of the companies biggest acquisition and retention issues, converting them into solutions and opportunities. This role will manage and optimise the process from awareness to conversion to retention and referrals. You will be setting up your team to support the business’ growth strategy.
The successful candidate must have proven success in a similar role within an e-commerce organisation, preferably in food but other industries may be considered. You will be experienced in managing a team of 5 or more across marketing and data. You must be experienced in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Google Optimise as well as other leading analytical tools. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong track record in customer acquisition and retention. Experience in the Middle East is not essential for the right candidate.
