Charterhouse is working with a private club in Qatar, who is looking to hire a Guest Relations and Reservations Manager to support their restaurant and lounge.

About the role
This role will report directly to the Operations Manager of the club and working closely together with the Assistant Restaurant Manager, to provide a seamless experience for all guests from the first booking or call, to the final moment of their meal. You will oversee the hostess team and manage all bookings whilst being responsible for all guest as well as member arrivals. This role will be the first point of interaction for the guests and members, providing the first impression and ensuring its always the best.

In addition, you will be responsible for the rostering of your team, preparing reservations and forecasting reports as well as collaborating with the Assistant Restaurant Manger to constantly improve the overall experience.

About you
The successful candidate will be experienced in a similar role as Host Lead or Guest Relations Supervisor, Maitre D’ or Reservations Supervisor within a high end or fine dining restaurant, lounge or club. Experience with SevenRooms would be an advantage but not essential. The ideal candidate should be well spoken and fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong communication skills. GCC experience is preferred.
