Charterhouse is working with a soon to launch modern restaurant in West London who are looking for hire a Head Chef. You will be working along side a renowned culinary professional in this bound to be highly regarded restaurant in West London along their partners.
About the role
The Head Chef will lead and oversee all kitchen operations and BOH staff. You will work in a constructive and collaborative manner supporting the objective of becoming a market leader, ensure the highest quality is served to each and every customer, through diverse ingredients and culinary techniques.
You will collaborate with the partners on the ever-evolving menu, implementing their vision combining the old with modern and the best locally sourced ingredients.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef and have completed a successful restaurant opening, with a solid track record. You will thrive in a high-pressure environment and excel in a boutique yet high volume kitchen. Experience with French techniques would be of added value but not essential.
The Head Chef will have a true passion for food and creation. Please note only candidates able to work in the UK can only be considered for this position.
