About the role
Charterhouse is working exclusively an established renowned restaurant group who are looking to hire a Head Chef to oversee their exciting new elevated dining restaurant due to open later this year. As Head Chef you will report to the Group Executive Chef.
Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the day to day operations of the kitchen and ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times. You will manage the inventory, budget and cost control, whilst also working with the Group Executive Chef on menu development and recipe generation, making sure to keep the menu new and exciting for the customers.
The successful candidate should have experience working in a stand-alone restaurant of a similar high level. You must have experience specialising in meat as well as fusion with flavours such as Asian and South American. You must be an energetic, outgoing and confident leader, someone to drive the kitchen to continually excel.
