Charterhouse is working with a leading hospitality and leisure group in Dubai who is looking to hire a Head Dessert Chef to oversee all sweets, desserts and pastry within its restaurant, reporting to the Group Executive Chef.
About the role
To be considered for this role you should have experience in all areas of dessert, especially Arabic sweets and dessert as well as development of new desserts and pastries, ideally having progressed in your career to the level of Head Pastry Chef or Executive Pastry Chef with a highly diverse and creative portfolio.
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years' experience and ideally be currently working as a Head Dessert Chef. This role really needs someone who has great team spirit, creativity and leadership skills, bringing a positive energy to grow and develop the team. As the cuisine across the group vary, preference will be given to individuals showcasing extensive creativity and diversity especially with Arabic sweets and desserts.
