Charterhouse is working with a leading Semi-Government organisation who looking to hire a professional and dedicated individual who will manage the CEO Office and will act as their right hand ensuring the CEO’s office runs efficiently.
About the role
This is a prestigious role where you will support the CEO with planning and organising his business schedule whilst liaising and dealing with senior management and VIPs on a daily basis. You will be responsible for managing the CEO Office, providing executive secretarial support ensuring all administration, travel arrangements, meetings and office requirements are delivered to a high standard. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidential records, assist in monitoring the CEO Office budget expenditure, invoicing and payments as well as petty cash and performing various tasks, as and when requirement by the CEO/Management Office.
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years related experience in a similar role supporting a CEO or Chairman and will hold a bachelor Degree. You will have outstanding communication skills in Arabic and English along with excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will be meticulous in your approach and are able to keep up with the busy and dedicated CEO of a growing and thriving organisation. Due to the nature of the role preference will be given to Arabic speaking male candidates.
