Our client is an extremely well known Architectural Design & Development Organization with projects across the region who is looking to hire a Head of Human Resources to assist in further growing the business and team.
About the role
The principal responsibilities for this role are to develop a strategic HR plan that will help the business drive forward its growth and this will be achieved by working through talent management plans, performance management, employee relations and of course compensation and benefits. You need to be someone who has been focused on business transformation and not someone who is simply a transactional HR person. A strategic thinker, who genuinely enjoys HR and can ensure that HR is seen as a strong value add to the overall business is key as you will work with various stakeholders and it is essential that you can develop strong relationships and rapport at all levels.
To be considered for this role you will be Degree educated and will have 10-12 years’ experience in a similar role. Ideally you will come from a PMC, Consultancy or Development background with regional experience. Ideally you need to be someone who understands that an organization’s people are the backbone to its growth and that HR is key to the success of expansion. Professionalism, confidence and the ability to work in a strong team culture will be the key to winning this job. Arabic would most certainly be a distinct advantage for this role but is not a must.
