Charterhouse is working with a leading FMCG organisation who is looking to hire a a Head of Trade Marketing, to develop, launch and implement the new trade marketing strategy throughout the region, into the set territory’s and channels.
About the role
You will be responsible for defining the trade marketing plans, aligning these to the business goals and deploying this to achieve the organisations objectives. You will develop a deep understanding of shoppers and consumers behaviours and analyse these needs, using this strategic insight to formulate an accurate pricing model and work closely with the brand/channel team to develop their sales and pricing strategy.
The successful candidate should have a third level qualification in business, marketing or similar subject. You should have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG, in the UAE. Fluency in Arabic is essential.
