Charterhouse is working with an established food manufacturer who are looking to hire a HORECA Sales Manager to join their team. As the HORECA Sales Manager you will report to the Facility General Manager and oversee a team of approx. 5 Sales Executives.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to maximize volume and revenue within HORECA and Food Service, such hotels, schools, catering companies, QSR and government departments. You will lead your team to achieve maximum sales and acquire new accounts, as well as manage and develop relationships with existing accounts. You will need to constantly conduct market and competitor research and report back to senior management. You will develop and implement sales strategies across all product lines
The successful candidate should be a hands on Sales Manager, someone who is out on the road constantly developing the business, whilst balancing the strategic and planning requirements. This role requires experience in meat or processed foods. The ideal candidate should have an established network with HORECA and Food Service clients, such as hotels, schools, catering companies, QSR and government departments. This is a pure sales roles that requires a strong well connected Sales Manager. You should be self-motivated and a strong leader.
