Job description
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a UNHWI who is looking to hire a House Manager to manage their private residence and team, supporting the family.
About the role
As the House Manager, your main responsibilities will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the property, overseeing all departments such as culinary, security, housekeeping, maintenance and more. You will ensure the highest standards are maintained at all time.
In addition, you will also lead the team of approx. 50 to guarantee efficiency and smooth operations. This role with report directly to and work very closely with the family and their personal staff.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will be an experienced House or Estate Manager or from a luxury hotel background such as Head of Housekeeping or Guest Services Manager looking to move into a private residence role.
Our client is looking for a hands on, competent, self-motivated individual with at least 5 years’ experience in a suitable leadership role managing a team. Middle East experience is not mandatory. It is crucial for the House Manager to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times. Fluency in Arabic language is preferred but not essential.
