Charterhouse is working with a prestigious client who is a global leader in their field and is looking to hire an experienced, driven and proactive HR Advisor who will join their Kuwait office.
About the role
The main responsibilities of the role will include managing and resolving general HR type queries, help set up the local HR structure and implement this within the business. In addition, you will provide guidance on how and where to access appropriate support. You will advise on recruitment and performance whilst working alongside the HR team on compliance, law and regulations.
The role allows you to be efficient and pro-active by analysing data to identify any potential implications within the Business and environment and you will work closely with line managers to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
This role would suit someone who is confident in delivering HR inductions and training and be able to review and support all HR projects. This role cross works with the Delivery and Functional team and also assists on the provision and management of visas for the team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to interact with staff at all levels, sometimes under pressure and therefore must be able to bring a flexible, pro-active approach whilst displaying efficiency and a high level of professionalism. You should have an expert level of written and verbal communication skills, in both Arabic and English. You should also possess high attention to detail and have strong decision-making abilities. You must possess 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within Kuwait.
Due to the current and ever-changing visa/travel restrictions in the region, applicants ideally should already be based in Kuwait.
