Charterhouse is working with a leading international firm who is looking to hire an experienced HR & Administrative Manager to lead the HR function on a full-time and permanent basis. For this role, you will be based in their Cairo office and will have opportunity to gain greater exposure and development within a highly regarded and multinational firm.
About the role
The role will involve developing and implementing new HR initiatives to align with the overall business strategy. You will be responsible for developing HR operations against financial business strategy, anticipating requirements of various departments and managing all employee relation activities. You will also participate in developing department objectives, ensuring compliance with all governmental labour law and regulations. This is a fully comprehensive HR Manager position and requires experience of this level of seniority from the awarded post-holder.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in the same job title. You will possess an excellent command of both Arabic and English alongside strong knowledge of Excel and the MS Office suite. The successful candidate will be a naturally accomplished communicator and may well hold professional titles such as CHRP, SHRM, SPHR for example.
In character, the ideal candidate will be an exceptionally professional and well organised individual who is commercially astute, able to work to deadlines and lead by example even whilst under significant pressure. The successful candidate will possess a positive approach with strong team skills being imperative along with holding a high attention to detail. The successful candidate will be mature and pragmatic with the ability to communicate at all levels across a multitude of stakeholders.
