Our client, a diversified organisation who is well-positioned in the market is looking to hire a HR & Administration Manager to join their Doha team.
About the role
Working closely with senior management you will be responsible for the entire HR and Administration functions ensuring all related duties are in line with the company’s overall objective and ensuring the organisation complies with all governmental bodies. The role will encompass all HR functions from manpower planning; recruitment; payroll; compensation and benefits; development and implementation of policies and procedures; T&D; HR Budget management; employee relations and administration general HR services such immigration management. As part of this position you will be responsible for managing the Administration for the organisation leading a team with all supplier and facility management, administration budget maintenance, office procurement, company license compliance and all other administration requirements.
To be considered you will have a minimum of eight years’ experience in a similar role based in Qatar and have proven experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring continued compliance across the organisation. A Degree in HR or Administration is required along with excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Arabic. You will have a highly motivated approach to be able to successfully manage the role and prioritise your workload whilst using your astute judgment making this role your own. You will also have a thorough understanding of all Qatari Ministries and Labour Laws and will have both lead and developed a team. The successful candidate will also be IT savvy having experience working with different ERP systems, HRMS and payroll applications. Immediate start.
