Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international logistics organisation who is looking to hire an HR Business Partner for their office in Dubai.
About the role
The HRBP role will be a standalone role based in the Dubai office and will have a matrix reporting line to the CEO and HR Director based overseas. The role is a 360 HR role and requires someone that is able to implement and adapt local global HR practices, act as the business HR interface and support operational workforce planning, implement and customize rewards system, oversee performance reviews, handle wellbeing concepts and utilize elearning system as an HR development tool. In addition, you will oversee payroll and visa procedures as well as ensuring HR compliance.
To be considered for this position, you will be Degree educated and have five to 6 years’ experience working within a similar position. You will need to be someone that is able to work to tight deadlines, work in a strong team culture and have strong leadership skills and the knack for handling large levels of responsibility. As this role is a 360 HR role, candidates need to be able to wear multiple hats across HR. Our client has requested a preference for native English speaker for the role.
