About the role
The business currently has a headcount of 200 staff globally and would ideally like to continue to grow aggressively across the MiddleEast, whilst creating a 2nd tech hub in the regions. This a 360 HRBP role reporting into the Director of HR and partnering with the CTO, CEO and working closely with stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can lead on all operational HR activities whilst also being involved in the wider leadership aspects of the business. This individual will also provide assistance and development of key strategic HR projects and process improvements in areas such as performance management, compensation, strategy, developing talent acquisition infrastructure, staff well-being and culture initiatives.
To be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Studies/HR or a similar field with 4-6 years’ experience working in HR. You should have excellent tech skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law would be extremely beneficial as well as an HR qualification.
