Charterhouse is working with a multinational Qatari conglomerate who is looking to hire a HR Business Partner to will work closely with senior line management on all human capital management matters.
About the role
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be accountable for all aspects of HR delivery, including employee relations, disciplinary and grievance management, policy interpretation, policy application, performance evaluation and talent management.
You will work closely with business units to create HR plans for business units which will contribute to overall organisational HR strategy.
The successful candidate must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 year’s HR experience. The role requires someone who is fluent in English, with strong organisation, communication and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential and you must have a commercial understanding of business strategy, priorities and operating models to deliver optimum business performance.
An in-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is required in order to maintain standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees.
