Charterhouse are pleased to be working with a Multi-National Organisation to assist in their search for a HR Business Partner to join their busy Dubai Office.
About the role
To be a successful for this role, our client requires someone who has the experience and ability to handle a full 360 HR role. Your main duty will be working closely with the HR Manager, accountable for several aspects of the HR Department including all HR operations whilst also being involved in the broader leadership aspects of the business. It will be your duty to implement and design HR plans which will contribute to the organisational HR strategy.
Whilst our client has offices in several regions, this role requires someone with previous experience working within a multi-national business.
To be considered for this role you should have a Degree within HR or a similar field with 5+ years’ experience working within the same sector. You will have strong communication skills and be able to work well within a Team. Our client requires somebody with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
You should have a genuine passion for HR and in particular Employee development.
