Charterhouse is working exclusively with an extremely well known organisation based in Riyadh who due to enormous growth plans is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to add to their extensive HR team.
About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring coordination between HR and its employees as well as other stakeholders within this diverse and large business. The role requires someone that has a solid understanding of HR and is able to lead the necessary coordination, intervention and follow up with the respective HR functions to drive timely and effective delivery of HR services including resolution and closure of requests/issues/complaints.
Ideally you should have at least 4-6 years' experience in a similar position, be Degree educated and have sound knowledge of HR processes and systems. This role would suit someone who has been in an HR Business Partner positon and wants to move into a role where you can really make a difference and be part of a young dynamic team. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English and be someone that enjoys working in an ever changing role where no two days will be the same.
