Charterhouse is delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with one of the region’s most prestigious Investment Firms located in the DIFC to assist in their search for an HR Director.
About the role
The HR Director will manage all aspects of HR, Recruitment, Policies & Procedure as well as Compensation & Benefits functions. Working closely with the Senior Management team across the business, the HR Director will give leadership and expert guidance, have the ability to draft key policies and develop strategies to support the Group’s key business objectives. You will be someone that has a good head for numbers, as you will collaborate heavily with finance to ensure compliance within payroll and company benefits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is able to create a strong cultural atmosphere whilst ensuring HR is seen as a professional business unit.
To be considered for this role you will be Degree educated and will have ideally worked in a similar role within Financial Services, Alternative Investments or a similar environment for 10-12 years, preferably with experience working in the UAE or the Middle East Region. You will have experience in operating at a strategic level with a very strong analytical mindset, outstanding interpersonal skills and will be natural leader of people with excellent managerial and motivational skills. This role requires someone who has the ability to remain objective and calm in challenging or difficult conversations and situations.
