Charterhouse is working in partnership with a well-established and highly prestigious Law Firm to hire a proactive and driven HR Executive.
About the role
In this role, you will support the HR Manager, actively handling areas of HR Operations which will include but will not be limited to, dealing with employee and management enquiries, attending team meetings and ensuring effective relationships are maintained across all areas of the business. You will ensure that on-boarding duties are completed with accuracy and in set timeframes. You will oversee the HR induction, manage the on-boarding process, deliver draft offer letters, draft new contracts as well as coordinate all recruitment activities in the region with the support of the HR team.
Involvement in training courses for management to ensure continued staff growth and development as well as organising internal events in-order to boost morale will be key aspects of this position. HR Administrative responsibilities such as ensuring the accuracy of all employee documentation, sick leave, visa queries, etc, will also be a portion of this role. This role will offer expose to a generalist role in a fast paced and professional environment.
You will ideally be CIPD qualified or will be working towards it. You will possess good academic qualifications, have a positive and proactive attitude to your work and will also have 2 – 4 years of HR generalist experience within a professional or commercial environment.
You will maintain a positive manner with a strong delivery focus in addition to the capability of building a thorough and in-depth understanding of the HR policies, processes and procedures.
