Charterhouse is working with an international organisation within professional services who is looking to hire a HR Generalist to support the daily functions of the HR Department in their Dubai Office. Our client requires somebody who speaks Spanish fluently and passionate about Human Resources, career driven and enthusiastic.
About the role
As HR Generalist, this position will oversee the day-to-day HR Operations and assist the HR Director to ensure company’s policies and procedures are compliant with the UAE labour law. Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to, managing the full employee lifecycle, recruitment and onboarding process as well as inductions.
In addition, this role will assist with performance reviews, employee relations, coordinating with the PRO regarding visa process of new joiners and monitoring leave for all employees.
This role will be required to develop strong relationships embracing a team work approach, collaborating with the HR Team within their regional offices whilst supporting all employees within their Dubai Office.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have further education in HR or a similar field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a Generalist Human Resources position.
Our client is looking for someone who will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of UAE labour law, therefore, it is advantageous for the candidate to be on the ground, however, someone who is looking to relocate will be considered for this opportunity. It is essential that you have excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
