Charterhouse are working with an international organisation focused on the advertising industry, who are currently looking to hire a Human Resources Manager in their Abu Dhabi Office.
About the Role
This role requires someone with exceptional experience as a 360 HR Manager and is passionate about supporting the growth of the business.
In this position you will be working closely with the HR Director to lead, coordinate and develop the HR Policies and Procedure whilst building talent and leading the recruitment process, talent management and retention.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing applicants, screening, taking part in the interview process and providing feedback whilst keeping engaged with the applicants throughout.
You will develop the hiring strategy to improve the overall recruitment process and implement a seamless on-boarding process whilst ensuring an outstanding corporate culture is being created.
As the HR Manager you will oversee and manage the HR operations globally including employee contracts, visa processing, liaising with payroll whilst also supervising and guiding the Human Recourses Staff.
To be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Studies/Psychology or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years’ experience both working in a Senior HR Role and the UAE.
You should have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law to ensure compliance is key.
