Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international FMCG who is looking to recruit an HR Operations Manager.
About the role
The HR Manager will provide HR support to the management team and staff, whilst providing functional support across payroll, employee relations, training, on-boarding, employee development and recruitment. In addition this role will require someone who is able to have an oversight of the finances of the offices expenditure, can liaise with the Auditors on regulatory matters and working closely with government bodies across the UAE and Saudi Arabia The role reports directly to the Managing Director and ideally you will be someone that is happy to work autonomously but that can handle meticulous reporting for the European head office.
To be considered for this position, you should be Degree educated and have 5-6 years’ experience working within a similar role ideally from a FMCG or professional services background. You will need to be someone that is able to work to tight deadlines, work in a strong team culture and have strong leadership skills and the knack for handling large levels of responsibility. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ideally will be a native English speaker.
