Charterhouse is working with a Professional Services organisation in the DIFC who is looking to hire part-time HR Manager.
About the role
This is a newly created role and is a rare opportunity to work part-time in a fantastic professional environment. The role requires someone that is able to support and advise on employee relations, align central HR policy, support recruitment, develop HR policies that reflect local jurisdiction, oversee performance reviews and support compensation reviews. This role will be heavily operations focused and requires someone that can handle HR Operations as well as policies and strategies as required.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be Degree educated with an emphasis in HR or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within the Middle East. You will ideally have worked within a DIFC based organisation and have experience in dealing with DIFC employment issues. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally have worked in financial services, professional services or legal field.
