Charterhouse has an exclusive mandate with a leading European Multi-National Organisation to assist in the hiring of a HR Manager for their office in Saudi Arabia. This role requires someone who is able to lead and continuously improve HR Operations in alignment with Headquarters strategic priorities and growth plans.
About the role
You will be involved with the development and execution of a regional strategy for HR operations to create and maintain a global function which delivers high quality, efficient services and is scalable to accommodate growth plans across Saudi Arabia. Designing and implementing the required processes, procedures, systems and ways of working to underpin company strategy.
In addition, you will lead the HR operations team and efficiently complete all HR operations processes and procedures, including HR management system / information system administration and HR documentation. You will also deal with HR Analytics and management information, employee lifecycle processes and documentation standardising, where-ever possible.
The successful candidate should have held a similar position in Saudi Arabia and be looking to take on a larger role within a growing multi-national. You should be Degree educated, ideally with a HR qualification and have at least 5-7 years’ experience within HR. You should have strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and deliver results. In addition, you should have extensive knowledge in the set up and expansion of businesses across Saudi Arabia. Due to the nature of the role, this position is only open to Saudi Nationals.
