Charterhouse is exclusively working with an incredible Multi-National organisation with headquarters in Germany who is looking to recruit an HR Operations Assistant for the HR team.
About the role
This role is to provide HR Operations support to the HR Manager and wider business. Responsibilities for this role will include but will not be limited to, liaising with authorities for visas, assisting with payroll, handling on-boarding of new staff, liaising with insurance providers, issuing staff contracts, handling leave and salary letters, supporting recruitment of new staff as well as day-to-day HR duties as required.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be Degree educated with an emphasis in HR or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within the Middle East. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, due to large levels of communication with the head office in Germany.
