Charterhouse is working exclusively with an International F&B business who are looking to hire a HR Operations Manager.
About the Role
The HR Operations Manager will provide Generalist support to the management team and staff, whilst providing functional support across payroll, employee relations, training, employee development and recruitment. The role reports directly to the CEO and Directors of the business and you will be instrumental in the roll out of policies and procedures as well as suggestions of new policies, handling company setups, renewal of leases, trade licenses. You should have the ability to handle large levels of responsibility as well as managing a team of 4 who will assist in carrying out day to day HR Ops tasks.
The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have 5-6 years’ experience working within a similar role either in a MNC or International Organisation. You should be someone that is able to work to tight deadlines, work in a strong team culture and have strong leadership skills as well as the ability to handle large levels of responsibility. For this role you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
