Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international professional services organisation to recruit an HR/Operations Assistant for their Dubai office.
About the role
Our client is keen to hire a motivated individual to join their HR function in the capacity of HR/Operations Assistant reporting in to the HR Manager for the business. It’s fair to say this role is pretty broad, the role would suit someone who enjoys a far-reaching HR responsibility and has perhaps undertaken other tasks across more office management, executive support areas and should be someone who won’t be shy in rolling their sleeves up when needed. Our client has various levels of associates, principals and senior managers and this role would require a fair amount of interaction at all levels, therefore the ideal candidate is someone that is comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
To be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Studies/HR or a similar field with 2-4 years’ experience working in an Admin Role or HR Assistant role. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you will interact heavily with employees face to face. Ideally our client would like to secure someone who is experienced in all areas of HR administration and is keen to move from more of an admin role to an HR role with some admin. This role would suit someone who has been an EA and wants to make a move to HR.
