Charterhouse are working exclusively with a leading luxury brand in the recruitment of an HR Business Partner for their regional office in Dubai handling coverage across the Middle East with a particularly strong focus on Saudi Arabia.
About the role
This role requires someone who is able to handle a 360 HR role and enjoys working in a friendly diverse team. In this role you will be the HR contact for the Middle East working closely with the management in the region, as well as the international HQ in Europe. This HR role requires someone that can work independently working to tight deadlines, is able to handle quick changes with the ability to travel across the region on short notice.
You will be involved in rolling out policies and procedures, recruitment, employee relations, training, learning and development, organisational development and wellbeing, streamlining HR procedures and be the go to person for HR.
This role would suit someone that loves Luxury Retail and enjoys being in a very fun and supportive HR environment.
To be considered for this role you should have minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in HR within the luxury or similar sector. You should have excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
Relationship building, attitude and personality are key to the role as well as emotional intelligence. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law would be extremely beneficial as well as an HR qualification.
Outstanding English and Arabic written and verbal language skills are a must.
