Charterhouse is working with an international organisation, and a market leader in Supply Chain and Logistics solutions, who is looking to hire a Human Resources Management System Specialist to join their team in Qatar.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organisations HRMS, ensuring accuracy and security, and will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and optimizing HRMS to ensure its effective use as a business operation.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and automation, as well as collaborate with HR and IT to ensure the smooth integration of HRMS with other HR systems. You will also be responsible for training and supporting the HR team on HRMS usage and functionality, and be able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field and have 3 – 5 years working experience in a similar role. You must have strong problem-solving and decision-making attributes and excellent knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
The ideal candidate has to be fluent in both English and Arabic with strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with HRMS systems, data analytics, reporting and programs such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or a similar HRMS System is preferred.
