Job description
Charterhouse is working with a Real Estate and Construction organisation who are looking to hire an In-house Lawyer, who is experienced in Real estate, Projects and Compliance. This is a full-time permanent position to support this established organisation in their Dubai office.
About the role
The main responsibilities will be to draft and negotiate real estate transactions, draft routine leases and amendments, manage regulatory and compliance issues, and advise clients on any legal risks in the real estate documentation and projects. Other duties will include, representing clients in court and drafting legal pleadings. This role will also support and advise on large-scale real estate portfolios. Therefore, this position is suitable for a candidate who has come from an In-house background ideally within real estate, projects and compliance.
About you
The successful candidate should be based in Dubai with relevant UAE experience, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Law and should be a qualified Lawyer. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Real Estate Lawyer, Legal Advisor with Projects or compliance. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential.
