The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, preferably within both agency and in-house recruitment. You will have exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills, a keen eye for identifying not only the right skill set for the role but also understanding the cultural dynamics of the business to ensure the best possible hires are being made. Your knowledge of visa regulations, on-boarding and the ability to deal with all levels of company stakeholders is absolutely paramount to this role. This position will cover both regional and international recruitment and requires someone that truly enjoys recruitment and making a difference.
Due to extensive communication with the head office, a Native English Speaker is required for this role as is someone that is able to travel with limited visa restrictions. You should be someone that has strong IT skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and most importantly, you need to be able to handle large levels of responsibility and work well under pressure.
