Charterhouse is working with a well-established, reputable financial institute based in the heart of Doha who is looking to hire an IT Services Analyst to be part of their IT Department, delivering IT support and troubleshooting to all end users. This position reports directly to the IT Helpdesk Manager.
About the role
As an integral part of the IT Department, the Services Analyst will be the first point of contact providing the full range of IT support, including installation, troubleshooting, detection and diagnoses. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining IT hardware, software and all applications, in a timely and effective manner ensuring high quality and effective customer service across all divisions of the company.
In order to be considered for this role you should have a minimum of an IT Technology Diploma with at least 4 years’ experience in IT service support. As this is a customer service position you must have excellent communication skills in English, and be consumer focused.
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency is essential for this role, being action orientated and able to work efficiently and accurately.
For this role we are ideally looking for a candidate with Eastern European experience, either already in Qatar or willing to relocate.
