Charterhouse is working with a multinational refreshments organisation who is looking to hire a Key Account Executive to join their team.
About the role
As the Key Account Executive, you will report to the Sales Manager and develop / secure new business opportunities with individual accounts within the territory/market and grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with performance related to profitably, grow volume and share within the vending channel. You will be responsible for selling targeted new accounts by placement of new machines, Identifying and locking in potential new accounts. You will establish, negotiate and lock plans into CDA in line with company policies and budget while completing all customer wiring contacts. You will be responsible for obtaining the best-selling positions for all accounts, coordinating execution and machine deliveries for new and existing accounts. You will communicate standards and customer commitments to the field and follow-up implementation, contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services. You will also answer customers' questions about new products, prices, machine placement and communicate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree, vending experience is a must along with a good understanding of getting agreements done for the placement of new machines and relocation of machines that are not selling well. Preference will be given to male candidates due to the nature of the role.
