Charterhouse is working with a well-established private company in Dubai who is looking to hire a Key Account Manager to further strengthen their presence in the region. Our client trading in niche perfumery components (fragrance & packaging) from Europe. This is a critical role which involves creating the overall business strategy and taking leadership for the business of major global client with significant sales.
About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you will use your strong sales skills to convert enquiries into confirmed business. You will be responsible to lead and manage the account to profitably growing sales and meet both internal and client objectives further developing and maintaining successful working relationships. You will also work with demand planning, customer care and the supplier to ensure high level of service to our clients. You will also build the account plan and sales budget annually, monitor sales and profitability versus objectives.
About the role
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum 6 years of work experience in sales in any of fragrance component industry (B2B) in fine fragrance or packaging industry for a perfumery. You should have experience in areas of account management, developing strategic accounts, identifying sales potentials and forecasting within the fragrance industry. Experience in fragrance sales within the GCC countries such as Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait would be an added advantage.
