Charterhouse is working with a multinational leader of dried fruits, nuts and spices in the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire a Key Account Manager that will look after international brands that the client represents in the form of privet labelling.
About the role
You will be responsible for implementation, vision and growth, working alongside the National Sales Manager, implementing the regions ’go-to-market’ Channel Strategies for achieving the objectives. You will carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends of the international brands that they represent. You will also be responsible for establishing short, medium and long-term strategy for the private label whilst overseeing the overall international brand representation of private label sales function with regards to planning, development, in-market implementation and long term business plans.
The successful candidate should have 2-4 years’ in private label brand representation sales experience within GCC, out of which 1-2 years should be handling key accounts/ middle trade supervisory role within UAE. You should have the ability to communicate effectively with people from multiple backgrounds and nationalities, have strong analytical skills and a drive to achieve results along with a solid functional knowledge and the business acumen to bring continuous development. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic with an upbeat attitude and proactive. Product knowledge of nuts, dried fruits, spices, dates, and pulses would be advantageous. This role will also include regional travel.
