Charterhouse is working with a prestigious and well-established Saudi organisation who is looking to hire a Director of Learning and Development (Arabic speaking).
About the role
This role holder is responsible for leading the design and implementation of the L&D and career management frameworks across the Group. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing systems and solutions aimed to develop, motivate and retain talent (including high potential), increasing employee capabilities and ensuring organisational skill requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience. It is essential that you are a fluent Arabic speaker who is Degree educated in Human Resources or a relevant field - professional certifications such as CIPD will be advantageous. You should also have previous experience providing senior L&D and talent management support to an organisation in Saudi.
