Charterhouse is working with a global learning management software organisation who is looking to hire a Lead Marketing Specialist to be based in their office in Dubai.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to create, implement, and measure marketing campaigns, analysing market data, optimising customer and prospect engagement across all channels and reporting on analytics. You will identify, qualify and provide innovative market strategies for new markets, lead the creation of targeted lead lists, supporting the sales team in providing lead generation and campaign support whilst owning all lead acquisition metrics including budgeting and conversion metrics. You will also manage strategic optimisation of the paid channels using SEM, Display, Affiliate and Paid Social. You will be required to support company website development and managing the content within.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in marketing or communications and have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar marketing role. Experience in using marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot is advantageous. You should have solid experience in delivering sales growth through marketing initiatives in a B2B setting also.
