Charterhouse is working with an international consulting firm involved in major construction projects worldwide. They are looking to hire a Logistics Officer to join their team in their Abu Dhabi office.
About the role
Your main responsibilities will be to manage a large pool of vehicles and drivers for a fleet of 150 plus having good Knowledge of corporate protocol for VIP vehicles and daily transportation requests from company staff.
You will manage leased vehicles (mobilization, demobilization, replacements, maintenance follow-up) along with having knowledge of equipment’s and ancillary’s used to manage large corporate offices. You will handle related corporate logistics (SSSC, furniture, vending machines, printers, accessories, plants, drinking water, etc.) You will also manage stores and storage yard along with organize monitor and execute catering using third party contractors for corporate events.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing light vehicle leasing contracts.
